My name is Mark Timpani, a Certified Master Home Inspector. I am certified by the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration and belong to the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). My company is Pride Property Inspections. We work closely with home owners, future home buyers, home sellers, realtors and real estate investors. I am also a member of the Tucson Association of Realtors. Pride Property Inspections gives you your choice of two detailed reports which include digital photographs. The entire house is checked in accordance with the NACHI Standards of Practice, as well as the Arizona ASHI Standards. We comply with a high code of ethics and professionalism.
