inspections. If you are not satisfied with the quality of an inspection performed under our agreement, we'll not only
give you your money back, but we will pay for another inspection of the same house. We will provide another
inspection of the property by an outside inspection company.This guarantee is one of the many ways we prove
our dedication to our clients and the Home Inspection Industry. Positive customer satisfaction is always our 1st

- Client must be present during the entire inspection.
- All concerns must be within the Arizona Standards of Pratice.
- The fee will be refunded by check to the person who originated the payment.
- A re-inspection will be completed by an inspector who meets the following conditions:
1. is in good standing with either ASHI or NACHI and
2. is a Arizona State Certified Licensed Home Inspector
- A check for the re-inspection will be paid directly to the re-inspection company for their inspection fee up to
100% of our original home or building inspection fee. This guarantee is only for the primary home or building that
was inspected. "Add on services" are not included or covered by this guarantee.
- A liability release form must completed and received to initiate the above process.
- This guarantee is only good the day of the scheduled inspection.
